Customs and taxes

The customer / recipient of an international shipment is responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and fees that may be applied in the destination country.

Returns / exchanges of goods

- the period for returning/exchanging goods is 14 days from delivery of the goods

- the withdrawal from the contract form can be found in the email attachment when ordering; please send the completed form together with the goods to the address specified in the form

- you can also withdraw from the contract via the "withdraw from the contract" button, which you will find on our website or in the email in your order

- when returning goods via the online form, we will send you a completed and already paid label, which you print out and stick on the package, then you just need to hand it over at the post office

- with this method of returning goods, you will be charged a fee of 3 EUR, which will be automatically deducted from the amount of the returned goods

- goods that have been custom-made cannot be returned
